Anju has a keen interest in exploring participatory media and communication approaches, tools and methodologies. She facilitates intense and engaging participatory processes with groups and communities across the country. Over the past 15 years, Anju has been facilitating workshops, designing participatory communication resources, practising participatory theatre, making documentary films, and documenting processes in text, video and photo as a medium to enable collective critical abilities for action.
